Our Business

Claire's House is named to honor Ms Barrett's mother, Claire.  The location of the shop is the childhood home in which Ms Barrett grew up with her 4 brothers under the love and care of her parents, Roger and Claire.

After many years as an interior designer in New York, Ms Barrett returned to Mississippi and opened an office in Jackson and now McComb.

Ms Barrett opens  Claire's House to be able to offer the highest quality items to her home town. 

Who We Are

Celia Barrett, A.S.I.D., I.I.D.A., is the owner and founder of Claire's House.  She has been and interior designer for almost 30 years.  She holds a degree in Interior Design from the Auburn University School of Architecture.  She was a senior designer in New York architectural and interiors firms for many years before forming her own design firm, Celia Barrett Design, LLC, in New York.  With her home office now in Jackson, MS,  she has a small office in New York City and McComb, MS.
